NOTE: One other important thing to remember when renting
a tent is the size of the space where the tent is to be set-up.
This area needs to be 10' longer and 10' wider than the actual
size of the tent itself in order to allow room to stake the
tent (i.e., 30' x 40' tent needs a 40' x 50' space to fit).
Yes, we deliver and pick up. There is a minimum order required of rental items based on the delivery/pickup zipcode. Any additional charges for setup, take down, security, cleaning, long carry, etc. will be quoted.
Can I pickup rental items from Nolan’s and return?
Yes, we have a Will Call garage so renter’s can back up their vehicle’s and have their items loaded into by Nolan’s staff and unloaded upon return. For personal orders that are Will Calls, we do require a Valid regionally local NYS Driver’s License/ID as well as the final balance to be paid in full with a credit or debit card in the same name as the license when the order is being picked up. No cash or checks allowed for Will Call orders. Some rental items are Delivery Only items and cannot be placed for Will Call.
Final payment is due prior to delivery by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by check the check must be received at least 2 weeks prior to delivery.
Nolan's Rental has a limited budget for charitable donations. All organizations requesting a donation or sponsorship, monetary or otherwise, must fill out a Donation/Sponsorship Request Form. This form will be reviewed by management. All Donations/Sponsorship Request Forms must be received at least 30 days prior to the event for consideration. All donations will be evaluated on a case by case basis for approval.
